Grown in the clouds at the dizzying height of 6000 ft MSL, this bean is still down to earth when it comes to flavour. A lot of that has to do with Balmaadi Estate’s dedication to keeping their farm proper Biodynamic and Organic. The rest of that big taste comes from cleverly leaving layers of coffee cherry to dry with the bean. The sugars from the outer layers slide into the bean to give these brews a high sweetness which morphs into citrusy tang for a smoooooth finish.
