For Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, please notify the Vnya team within 5 days from the date of delivery by sending an email to connect@vnya.in. In your email, please include the order number, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and two clear images of the damaged product.
In cases where you receive multiple items in a single shipment, only the affected product can be returned and replaced. We will swiftly send a replacement for the damaged item and work closely with you to ensure a satisfactory resolution. You can anticipate a response from us within 24-48 hours and we will provide comprehensive assistance thereafter.
For Missing Products:
If you find that a product is missing from your order, please inform the Vnya team within 5 days from the date of delivery by contacting us at connect@vnya.in. In your email, please include the order number, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and two clear images of the opened box, showing all the items received.
While we cannot process refund requests for missing products, we will promptly re-send the missing item to ensure you receive your complete order. We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance.
For Spoiled Products:
If you discover that a product has spoiled within 10 days from the date of delivery, please notify the Vnya team via email at connect@vnya.in. In your email, provide the order number, date of packaging/date of manufacture, and clear images or a video of the spoiled product.
It's important to note that we do not accept returns based on variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma. Our products are entirely natural and often handcrafted, resulting in each batch being unique. We maintain stringent standards in our natural production process, using only the finest natural ingredients to maximize nutritional value.
