Shipping policy

Please note that our free shipping offer is only valid when explicitly mentioned.

Here are our delivery guidelines:

1.To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete address with the correct pin code, email, and phone number when placing your order.

2.If the item you ordered is in stock, we'll prepare and send it from our warehouse within 3 working days.

3.If some of the items you ordered are out of stock, we'll produce them and dispatch them within 10 working days from your order date. We'll keep you updated in such cases.

4.Our delivery partners will bring your package to you from Monday to Saturday, between 9 am and 7 pm. Please note that delivery times exclude holidays and Sundays. Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to unexpected circumstances like strikes or bad weather.

5.Once we send your package, we'll email you the tracking details for your order.
