A2 Pure Desi Bilona Ghee
Traditionally hand-churned in mitti handis
Mainly found in the hilly regions of Uttarakhand Badri/Pahadi desi cow grazes in the himalayas on native herbs and shrubs and hence its milk has high medicinal value and is blessed with strong immunity.
The Vedas list precise instructions on the care of the household cow. They even prescribe when ghee should be made, and the direction of the churning. Our ghee is hand-churned the Bilona way, in earthen pots warmed by cow dung cakes. It's a labour-intensive process, but well worth the results.
