Here's the Recipe
Making the tart
- Add Jowar flour (50 gms), Whole Wheat flour (150 gm), Pink Salt (½ tsp), Raw Khandsari sweetener (1 tsp), Butter (80 gm) in a large enough bowl and make a dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Use a Tart Shell and spread the equally divided dough in a shell.
- Fork the dough and blind bake it at 150°c for 15-20 mins.
Filling
- In a double boiler, prepare ganache using 50% Chocolate and Cooking cream.
- Mix well. Allow to cool.
- Put the filling in a piping bag
- Pipe the ganache onto the tart.
- Finally, garnish with Orange Marmalade.
