Here's the Recipe

Making the tart

  • Add Jowar flour (50 gms), Whole Wheat flour (150 gm), Pink Salt (½ tsp), Raw Khandsari sweetener (1 tsp), Butter (80 gm) in a large enough bowl and make a dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Use a Tart Shell and spread the equally divided dough in a shell.
  • Fork the dough and blind bake it at 150°c for 15-20 mins.

Filling

  • In a double boiler, prepare ganache using 50% Chocolate and Cooking cream.
  • Mix well. Allow to cool.
  • Put the filling in a piping bag 
  • Pipe the ganache onto the tart.
  • Finally, garnish with Orange Marmalade.

Your favourite easy to bake tart is ready!
